A 60yr old female presented with the chief complaint, “I want an implant.” The patient was told by another dentist that there was not enough bone to place an implant. Before implant placement (figure #1). Implant placement by my associate, Dr. Alper (figure #2). Final result (figure #3). Patient is happy with the result.
